It's pretty disappointing to see Open Phil decrease their allocation so substantially: they state in the original announcement of their commitment that "we could revisit either direction if there were material updates to our available assets, our “bar”, or other opportunities we discovered," and this seems like they're going in the opposite direction--more opportunities, but they're giving less.
