As member of the logistics team, I mainly agreed with the fourth point of improvement ─ which is "Clearer Direction During Planning" as Yudhis did most of the work which could've been delegated to us. Though of course, I don't want to neglect how grateful we are on how much dedication Yudhis put into the retreat by taking up most of the tasks for running the event (eventhough he should've just gave them to us, the volunteers ─ to optimize each individual's responsibilities).
