Hello, I am Georgina and I am a challenge-consultant. That is helping improve institutional decision making via globally recognised frameworks and tools that help clients test assumptions, recognise bias, identify hidden threats and surface missed opportunities. It enables them to think more critically, consider more angles, make better decisions. After 20 years in national government, working on foreign policy and national security, I can now more directly navigate who I work with and where I add value.
I want to ensure some of my working time is offered to good causes, to ensure that the best ideas for world improvements have the best support behind them, to give them the best chance to succeed. So my engagement with EA is to find areas to offer my challenge-thinking expertise.
I am looking forward to attending EAGx Berlin this year and starting to engage with the community.
