Through my work with young gifted people, I'm afforded the opportunity to assist them with career decision-making. These young people are our future leaders, creators, researchers, and problem-solvers, so enabling them to have a broad and complete view of opportunities, how they can positively impact tomorrow, and be authentic is central to this work.
