It's a new organization — unrelated to EV Ops! EV Ops supports projects within EV; Impact Ops supports projects across the wider EA community.
(That said, we are actually working with a few projects within EV. And our three cofounders used to work at EV Ops... so we appreciate the chance to clarify!)
