For some reason I was hoping the EA forum would do something like that automatically but I guess there's no way to do it safely, or even in general determine what the "main content" is. That's definitely true. It's harder to quantify but the stuff that doesn't even happen because the paperwork burden is too great is likely even more costly than the time presently spent on paperwork.

Thanks. Yeah I maybe should have tried to be more focused. There isn't that much in common between medical paperwork and email verification.
