I find many of these traits very relatable ; understanding impact, reasoning things through, being open and curious to learn, changing your opinion when the evidence says you are wrong, and accepting mistakes.
For me, the biggest spark is the alliance mentality. It is also the most humbling one. We often feel, “I can do this alone,” but there is so much we can learn from others and so much more we can do together and probably multiply the impact.
I also relate to questioning the usual way of doing things and not waiting for someone else to come and solve the problem. At the same time, being open to the possibility that your own idea may not be the best one. I think this combination of taking action and staying open to being wrong is quite powerful.
