I found the phased breakdown really helpful, especially Phase 0. The question “what specific problem is this community solving?” feels like a simple but high-leverage check before starting anything.


 

This is a helpful way to describe a pattern I’ve seen too. I especially liked the emphasis on agentic behavior and scout mindset. I wonder how we can make space for people who share these traits but don’t fully buy into all EA assumptions.


 

If only the government in sub Sahara Africa countries prioritize citizens welfare as top priority . In Nigeria my country the minimum wage basically enough to fend for yourself for a country with rich natural resources

Many countries require visas that are hard to obtain for interns from African nations, especially for unpaid internships
most of us cannot afford travel, housing, or living expenses abroad without support.
