Regarding "Jobs , jobs, jobs", I've spoken with a few AI safety orgs regarding talent bottlenecks, seems that there is a recent concentration on generalists/ ops/ fieldbuilders, though technical AI safety researchers are always a focus. Also, there are mixed opinions on deciding on which signals indicate a candidate is both a good fit and also interested in a career move. Would be interested to chat to share insights and see which from 1., 2. or 3. should be prioritised. My tg is @Eerinii
