I just want to warn people about some bad UX with Caesar's so that they don't make the same mistake I did, preventing me from getting the risk-free first bet on that site. I created a new account, but I didn't see the risk-free first bet promotion being offered. I googled and found a promo code for it. You needed to use the promo code at signup in order to get a risk-free first bet. I messaged their support to be like "hi, I just made an account 15 minutes ago but sounds like I needed to use this promo code to get the risk-free first bet?" Support told me that if I didn't use the promo code at sign-up, I could not use that promotion. I asked them, what about if I my account is deleted and I just redo the sign-up properly? It's a brand-new account, I've placed no bets. Or, what if I sign up again with another email? They were like, "you wouldn't count as a new user in either scenario and would be ineligible for this promo." So just because I made this mistake when signing up, I just cannot do a risk-free first bet on their site. It's such bad UI and the support rep was super rude to boot.
