I think its important to define intelligence. Do we mean logic-based ability or a more broader definition (emotional intelligence, spatial, etc).

EAs are probably high in one category but low in others.

Soon I'll need a computer to keep track of the socially awkward interactions I've had with EAs who seem to be mostly aligned with a certain technical domain! 

Others I talk seem to have a similar experiences.
