We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help build GiveWell’s research team. They’ll work closely with our senior research leadership, ensure that our hiring rounds are fast and effective, and proactively source exceptional talent. This is a great opportunity for a relatively early-career person who’s looking for a fast-paced, high-leverage operations role.
We’re looking for someone with three years of professional experience, ideally working on in-house, full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (though we’re open to generalists). You can work anywhere in the United States—including our SF Bay Area or NYC offices—and we’ll pay $95-$105k depending on your location.
