I’m renaming The Field Building Blog to Building Capacity.

So far, most of the posts have been about fieldbuilding strategy and careers, and that will likely remain the core focus. However, the name “Field Building Blog” does feel narrower than what I want this space to allow.

Going forward, I also expect to write marketing, communications, and culture, where they seem relevant to fieldbuilding and career decisions. Building Capacity feels like a better umbrella for that, without committing to a specific frame.

If you’ve been reading the blog already, nothing substantive is changing. This is mainly a naming update.
