Summary
I believe the standard literature estimates for the number of DALYs attributable to a case of stunting are too low, largely because they don’t account for the long term effects. This means that childhood nutritional interventions that reduce the prevalence of stunting may be substantially more cost-effective than previously believed.

The most prominent charity evaluator is GiveWell, which makes a list of top charities working in global health. If you're interested in other cause areas, like animal welfare, there are other evaluators. Does that help answer your question?
I'd add that this page of Giving What We Can's website as a good place to look. They act as a hub for the evaluations of several charity evaluators (as well as recently doing their own research on the quality of those evaluators). Giving to one of their funds is one of the best ways to give money to the top charities in a given cause area.
