Are there any orgs that work to decrease animal (feed, livestock, dairy & fish) subsidies in the US and redirect those funds toward fruit, veg and plant proteins?
This seems like an overlooked cause that could have a huge effect because of the allocation of billions of dollars.
The shift toward plant-based eating would accelerate with cheaper vegan alternatives (like Beyond burger) not to mention the huge savings on healthcare if Americans ate more fruit and veg. This may also help poor people eat more nutritiously. What do you think?

Also maybe Sam Bankman's support of Joe Biden works somewhat like this? Joe Biden gives some many billions less in subsidies than counterfactual Trump(altho still too much xd)
