What are some common answers you hear for Question #4: "What are the qualities you look for in promising AI safety researchers? (beyond general intelligence)"

Thanks for sharing Akash! This will be helpful when I start getting in touch with AI safety researchers after upskilling in basic ML and neural networks. 

These are great questions; I'd be curious to see some of the major labs write up their answers to 2. As a non-specialist I sometimes struggle to understand the nuances of how what Anthropic's doing differs from what OpenAI does etc etc.
