Hiring: Partnerships Associate at Giving What We Can (Remote)

Giving What We Can (GWWC) is seeking a Partnerships Associate to support and expand our global network of partner organisations promoting the 10% Pledge and Trial Pledge.

About the role

As a key point of contact for our growing network of partner organisations, you will support partners in promoting giving pledges, help increase pledge signups, and build new successful partnerships.

Details:

• 📍 Location: Remote (with preference for UTC-6 to UTC+3 timezones)
• 🕐 Hours: Full-time (~40 hrs/week)
• 🗓️ Application deadline: 8 March 2026 (11:59 PM GMT)
• 💼 Start date: 27 April 2026 (or as soon as possible thereafter)

What you’ll do

• Maintain strong relationships with ~40+ partner organisations.
• Support partners to grow their pledge sign-ups, including tailored strategies and optimisation.
• Track performance, distil insights into playbooks, and support peer learning across the network.
• Identify and onboard new partner organisations aligned with GWWC’s mission.

Who we’re looking for

Candidates who are mission-aligned, excellent communicators, and effective relationship-builders. They should be able to work independently and help partners succeed in promoting giving pledges.
