Magnify Mentoring is a global network of over 300 mid to senior career mentors representing over 40 countries and a tremendous breadth of experience and expertise. Mentees are matched with a mentor who can help them achieve their goals. Pairings typically meet for 60 to 90 minutes per month for 6 months, with optional discussion prompts. Mentees are also invited to participate in training, networking sessions, and our Slack community.
We are accepting applications from women, non-binary, or trans people of any gender who are ambitious and rigorous in their altruism, and want to have a positive impact with their careers and lives. Past mentees have been particularly successful when they have specific and clear goals for what they want to achieve (including exploring different paths and options), and are able to commit to monthly meetings over the 6-month program duration.
