GiveWell is hiring two Program Officers

We just opened two Program Officer positions to own our nutrition and malaria chemoprevention grantmaking portfolios.

Last year, we made $50M in nutrition grants (areas like vitamin A supplementation, malnutrition treatment, and iron fortification) and $75M in malaria chemoprevention grants.

We’d like to expand and improve the quality of our work in both portfolios, so we’re looking for senior leaders to:

• Shape portfolio strategy, including expansion into new areas
• Lead complex grant investigations and recommend funding opportunities
• Build strong relationships with experts and implementers in the field
• Manage small teams of researchers and program associates
