Given this most auspicious of dates, I'd like to register my extreme disappointment that the Happier Lives Institute hasn't founded a programme looking for cost-effective interventions in the Wellbeing-Adjusted Life Years space, and called it Where's WALY.
In my view this is a most pressing problem, and should be immediately rectified.
Where are the rest of the upvotes for this post?
My guess is that the wordplay here flew over the heads of our US friends, for whom the franchise is not Where's Wally, but Where's Waldo.
