This is a leadership role: setting IT strategy, owning governance, developing the team, and translating tech decisions for senior stakeholders. The right person is energized by building functional teams and durable systems.
7+ years in senior IT leadership required. Bonus if you've worked in international development, multi-country orgs, or low-bandwidth environments.
