I remember reading a comment on this forum where somebody stated that they had read an essay which argues that x-risk will dramatically reduce at some point. I have been unable to find this comment or the essay they were referring to it so I figured I would ask if anyone knows what this essay is?

I'm particularly interested in finding if there are any arguments that we should expect x-risk from intrasolar conflict to be particularly low for instance.
