I am an international programme management and CSR professional with over a decade of experience designing, delivering and scaling education, health, hygiene and community development initiatives across Asia and the UK.
Throughout my career, I have focused on creating measurable social impact through partnerships between businesses, schools, NGOs and local communities. My work has directly reached more than 43,650 children and 15,000 adults through over 2,000 education, health awareness and community engagement programmes.
as A Corporate Social Responsibility Programme Manager at Rentokil Initial, a UK-headquartered FTSE 100 company, I led global health, hygiene and personal safety education initiatives designed to improve wellbeing outcomes in underserved communities.
One of the achievements I am most proud of was supporting 171 children involved in hazardous fireworks-related child labour to transition back into formal education by working closely with schools, families and community stakeholders to create sustainable pathways for learning and protection.
I am increasingly drawn to Effective Altruism because of its emphasis on evidence, careful reasoning and directing talent towards solving the world's most pressing problems. I am particularly interested in global health, field-building, talent development and helping high-impact organisations scale their impact through effective partnerships, programme delivery and stakeholder engagement.
I would particularly value connections with people working in Effective Altruism, global health, AI safety field-building, talent development and high-impact philanthropy.
I am interested in speaking with individuals and organisations that are building evidence-driven solutions to large-scale global challenges and would welcome opportunities to contribute my experience in programme management, partnerships, stakeholder engagement and educational programme delivery.
In particular, others could help me by:
• Introducing me to high-impact organisations where my experience could be valuable.
• Sharing insights about career transitions into Effective Altruism-aligned roles.
• Connecting me with professionals working in global health, AI governance and safety, field-building, philanthropy, operations or community-building.
• Advising on how to best apply my international programme management and CSR background to organisations focused on solving pressing global problems.
• Recommending projects, fellowships, volunteering opportunities or networks where I can continue learning and contribute meaningfully.
I enjoy helping people and organisations turn ideas into practical, engaging and scalable programmes.
As a first-generation university graduate and international programme management professional, I bring a combination of programme delivery, creative communication and partnership-building experience developed across education, public health, CSR and community development initiatives.
I can particularly help with:
• Designing and delivering education, health, hygiene and community engagement and corporate programmes.
• Developing educational modules and learning resources using creative approaches, including animations, storytelling and interactive activities.
• Building partnerships between corporates, NGOs, schools, universities and community organisations.
• Workshop facilitation, public speaking and presentation delivery for diverse audiences.
• Content creation, photography, video editing and creating engaging communication materials.
• Designing creative learning experiences, including puppetry-based educational activities for children and communities.
• Leadership, team collaboration and cross-cultural stakeholder management.
• Supporting field-building initiatives that require strong programme coordination and implementation.
Throughout my career, I have delivered more than 2,000 programmes, reaching over 43,650 children and 15,000 adults, and I enjoy sharing practical lessons from implementing projects at scale.
I am always happy to connect with people who are building impactful projects and need support turning ideas into action.
Just finding my way around this new community and learning more about Effective Altruism.
I'm based in the UK and have spent 15+ years working across education, corporate social responsibility (CSR), health and hygiene education, and international programme management.
Most of my career has focused on designing and delivering programmes that create positive social impact, particularly around health, youth development and community engagement.
Recently, I've become interested in Effective Altruism, especially questions around AI safety, global priorities and how experienced professionals from non-traditional backgrounds can contribute effectively.
I'm here primarily to learn, exchange ideas and better understand where my existing skills and experience might be useful.
I super glad to be here, Looking forward to learning from everyone. Let's make a difference TOGETHER!
