WHO AM I?  I’m a negotiation professor at UCL School of Management and a dispute-resolution practitioner with 20+ years’ experience.  I have advised clients on topics including fundraising deals, contract disputes, cofounder disagreements, workplace conflict, political faff, and even simple job negotiations.

Perhaps you are highly confident in negotiation.  Or perhaps, like most people, the very concept gives you anxiety.  I'm here to help everyone… even the most experienced and confident negotiators can benefit from an outside perspective.  Even the most inexperienced and anxious negotiators can still get great outcomes if they prepare carefully.

HOW DOES IT WORK?  It's simple.. we talk! I will ask you a lot of questions, guiding you through a structured process to plan your strategy.  During that conversation, I will offer best-practice advice from evidence-based research and professional experience.  I may offer additional services as appropriate, e.g. I have been known to rehearse negotiations with people to provide a chance to practice.  I can also provide additional resources such as lecture videos or other learning materials.

WHY AM I DOING THIS?  I am an altruist, I try to be effective.  I actually started doing this about a year ago in response to a request from someone in the EA London community.  I found it really rewarding, and have gotten very positive feedback from clients.
