The Hi-Med Career Planning Course (CPC) is a 6-week small-group program that helps you to
- identify the problems you want to work on,
- understand the available high-impact career paths (clinical, research, policy, non-profit, commercial, and more), and
- develop concrete next steps tailored to your situation.
Who it’s for:
Medical students and doctors who want to make a meaningful difference with their careers, but are unsure of their next steps.
What to expect:
- Weekly 90-minute small-group discussions (online), led by a facilitator
- Structured exercises to guide reflection and decision-making
- A community of peers making their impact-focused careers become reality
This will be the 10th CPC cohort. You'll join more than 250 previous participants, who report that the course enabled them to gain clarity, direction, and actionable next steps.
