Aparta la fecha - ¡EAGxCDMX 2026! 

EAGxCDMX 2026 se llevará a cabo en la Ciudad de México en el Museo de las Ciencias Universum, del 20 al 22 de Marzo de 2026.

¿Qué es un EAGx?

Las EAGx (Effective Altruism Global) son conferencias organizadas localmente en las que se reúnen a tanto a personas con diversos niveles de experiencia como a profesionales, emprendedores y académicos interesados en aplicar pensamiento crítico, evidencia y estrategia para maximizar su contribución al bien común.

¿Para quién es esta conferencia?

Si acabas de descubrir el movimiento de EA y quieres conocer más o si ya tienes mucha familiaridad con las ideas centrales y llevas años trabajando en una de sus causas (Desarrollo Global y Salud, Inteligencia Artificial, Bienestar Animal o Reducción de la Pobreza Extrema), esta conferencia es una gran oportunidad para escuchar charlas que te harán reflexionar y para hacer conexiones con personas que comparten tus intereses.

La mayoría del contenido será en español y el resto en inglés. Consideramos que asistirán muchas personas que solo hablan español y algunas del resto del mundo que no hablan este idioma, y creemos que la conferencia ofrecerá experiencias valiosas para ambos grupos (y cualquier otro).

Postula tu interés para dar una charla o dirigir un espacio interactivo durante el EAGxCDMX. Si realizas trabajo independiente, o estás afiliado a alguna organización alineada o adyacente a los valores de Effective Altruism, queremos conocer tu propuesta. Si conoces a alguien a quien esta oportunidad pueda ser de gran beneficio, ¡no dudes en compartir esta información!

Save the Date - EAGxCDMX 2026! 

EAGxCDMX 2026 will take place in Mexico City at the Universum Science Museum, from March 20 to 22, 2026.

What is EAGx?

EAGx (Effective Altruism Global) conferences are locally organized events that bring together people with different levels of experience, as well as professionals, entrepreneurs, and academics interested in using critical thinking, evidence, and strategy to maximize their contribution to the common good.

Who is this conference for?

Whether you’ve just discovered the EA movement and want to learn more, or you’re already very familiar with the core ideas and have been working in one of its cause areas for years, this conference is a great opportunity to attend thought-provoking talks and connect with people who share your interests.

Most of the content will be in Spanish, with the remaining sessions in English. We expect many attendees who speak only Spanish, as well as participants from around the world who don’t speak it. The mix of languages is intentional — it ensures the conference remains valuable, accessible, and engaging for both groups, and for anyone in between.
