The Stanford Humane & Sustainable Food Lab holds a regular online seminar series in which leading researchers present on topics related to reducing consumption of meat and animal products, followed by an audience Q&A session. Seminars are held every 1-3 months on selected Thursdays at 10am Pacific Time, by Zoom.

As of January, 2024, we are excited to be opening the seminar to the general public. To receive announcements for the seminar and the Zoom link, you can add yourself to our mailing list here. Recordings are also now posted publicly on our YouTube channel for speakers who agree to public dissemination.
