Finding a donor in Germany or Netherlands to get tax reduction

I live in France where there is no tax deduction for this organisation.

I m looking for someone trustworthy who can have tax reduction (ideally in Germany, or the Netherlands because they use €) who can donate for me and pay me back the tax reduction so that i can donate more

I intend to give a few hundreds of euros a year
