We’re hiring Senior Recruiters to focus on smarter sourcing and selection, improve our hiring infrastructure, and partner with leadership to build out high performing teams.

We’re hiring two Senior Recruiters for Research hiring, and one Senior Recruiter for hiring in our Operations and Outreach departments.

• Remote (US) | Hybrid or in person available (Brooklyn, NY / Oakland, CA)
• $149,600 (NYC or SF Bay Area) | $136,000 (all other US)
• Fully funded health coverage, 4 weeks PTO, 16 weeks parental leave
