Full post instead of a quick take for visibility!
I'm Noah, a junior at the University of Chicago, where I lead both UChicago EA and the UChicago Rationality Group.
I genuinely believe that organizing a university EA group — especially at a top school — is one of the most impactful things a person can do (even under short timelines!). Cornell is a world-class university with no EA presence, and that should change, especially because there is tons of institutional knowledge and people that want to help!
