Virtual Book Club on Nick Bostrom's "Deep Utopia: Life and Meaning in a Solved World"

Hello everyone,

We are excited to invite you to an informal virtual Book Club on Nick Bostrom’s latest work, "Deep Utopia: Life and Meaning in a Solved World." This gathering is part of the Foresight Institute's Existential Hope Program.

We will host three sessions, diving into different parts of the book.

Book Club Format: 

Our discussions will be informal and take place virtually on Wednesdays at 6 PM CET, starting May 29th, 2024. 

This gives everyone a couple of weeks post the book's release in Europe on May 21st to get a copy and start their reading.

• Session 1 (May 29th): Discuss Part 1 & 2 of the book. 
• Session 2 (June 5th): Cover Part 3 & 4 of the book.
• Session 3 (June 12th): Wrap up with Part 5 & 6 of the book.
