CASPR.org, which works on addiction policy and advancing innovation in addiction medicine, is looking for someone to write and co-write high quality Substack posts for Recursive Adaptation.  We want someone with a rationalist-ish worldview, ability to work with public health data, and very good writing vibes (essentially Scott Alexander Jr).  We will pay an hourly or per post rate. 

Your work will, of course, be credited to you and it's a chance to write for a publication that is influential in its field. We have a growing backlog of topics that we are eager to write about but have been too busy with our program work.
