Social Change Lab is a UK-based org (incubated at Ambitious Impact), researching what makes social movements effective, across climate, farmed animal advocacy and AI safety. We run RCTs, nationally representative polls, interviews and impact analyses, pre-register our studies, and then get the findings to the activists, campaigners and funders who can act on them.

The role is part research (45%), part getting that research out into the world (40%), so it suits someone who cares about doing solid work and making sure it changes what people do.

Details: 0.8 FTE, remote (UK preference), £37k-£42k FTE, 24-month fixed term with potential to extend. Rolling applications, deadline 19 July.
