Giving What We Can (GWWC) is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead and scale our global marketing efforts, helping grow the movement around effective giving and the 10% Pledge.

About the role
As Head of Marketing, you will develop and lead GWWC’s marketing strategy to significantly increase awareness, engagement, and pledge sign-ups. You’ll shape the organisation’s brand, oversee campaigns and growth initiatives, and build systems that convert attention into long-term commitments to effective giving.

Details:

📍 Location: Remote (preference for UTC-6 to UTC+3 timezones)
🕐 Hours: Full-time (~40 hrs/week)
🗓️ Application deadline: rolling applications
💼 Start date: As soon as possible

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy to grow the reach and impact of GWWC
  • Lead campaigns that inspire people to take the 10% Pledge and Trial Pledge
  • Oversee brand, content, digital marketing, and growth initiatives
  • Build systems and funnels that convert attention into pledges and donations
  • Manage and collaborate with internal and external marketing contributors

Who we’re looking for

Candidates who are strategic, impact-driven, and excited to use marketing to grow a global movement. You should be able to set direction while also being hands-on with campaigns, messaging, and experimentation.
