Senior operations leader based near Hamburg, with 15+ years of experience in operations and organisational change. Most recently I was Chief of Staff at HEON, an AI startup, where I joined as the third employee and built the operations backbone from scratch as the team grew to 15. Before that I was a shareholder partner at the agile consultancy it-agile, which I left in 2024 when the firm took on an industrial animal farming client. I’m vegan and looking for a senior operations role at an organisation working to end factory farming and shift the food system.
