Let’s get to know each other and welcome the people who came to Berlin already for the EAGx!
We’ll host a casual pre-EAGx get together at Bülowstr, Berlin, starting at 4pm.
The flat of Stephan/Zef/Luisa/Anton will provide their garden for the afternoon to hang out where some snacks and drinks will be provided. We can also order food (to be paid individually) later if people want to have a proper dinner.
In the evening we’ll continue the hangout inside.
To people living in Berlin: It would be great if you can bring picnic plankets and everything else one might need sitting outside in a garden! Thanks :)
We’d kindly ask you to RSVP if you’d like to join, so that we know how many people plan to come.

I'm going to be exploring Berlin that day but will try and join in the evening for dinner. What time do you think you'd be carrying on until?
Speaking from experience, those events go well past 10 pm.
We can host ~100ppl outside in the garden and max 40 ppl inside. I'll keep you updated here in the comments if place is getting too full. We might go to the park nearby!
Ring at "Wäldchen, Rodenhauser". Flat is 3rd floor on the right, but we'll probably hangout in the garden outside at first/all of the time.
