Roles

  • Technology Policy Manager - this role combines policy expertise and product management acumen. You'd be responsible for understanding the important policy changes happening in the RAI ecosystem and translating that understanding into a form actionable by companies.
  • Principal User Researcher - this role is about improving our learning speed through user research. We firmly believe that growing this capability will be critical to both our mission and company's success.
  • Sr. Data Scientist - I've written about this role before on the forum. If you are passionate about RAI and/or building tooling for ML practitioners, please contact me!

Hey! From the perspective of someone potentially looking for a job (and who talks to lots of people who are), an important consideration is "am I specifically a good fit for this"

I recommend trying to put the role names in the title, or at least visibly on top. This will help your candidates understand if the rest of the post is likely relevant for them.

Details like "are you venture backed" or "is this an ongoing hire" are also interesting, but secondary to that.

Because we have multiple roles, here I am trying to balance brevity and answering the question "am a specifically a good fit for this". Couldn't post all the roles in the title but tried to make them as understandable as possible in few words, while linking to more information.
