I work at a tech company, where I hope to organize a donation matching program for effective charities. I'm looking for a platform that workers can vote or donate directly and the employer could easily match based on the responses. 

Ideally, something that's already has a list of effective charities (say, those charities recommended by GWWC: link). 

Any ideas?
