We’re looking to hire 2 Research Managers to support our quickly-expanding Research Fellowship! These roles will directly support the next generation of AI safety researchers in one of the most prominent intellectual hubs in the world, Cambridge, MA.

RMs will work closely with CBAI research fellows and mentors from Harvard, MIT, Northeastern, and frontier AI safety organizations (e.g., Redwood, METR, Anthropic, Google DeepMind, OpenAI, etc.).

These roles could be a great fit for someone looking to transition into AI safety from a research coordination, teaching, or program management background — particularly for individuals with experience supporting complex analytical work or giving developmental feedback.

We're hiring for a full-time and a part-time (~20 hrs/week) position, both based in Cambridge, MA, USA.

Note: The part-time role could expand to full-time for exceptional candidates.
