Bio

I work at the intersection of healthcare operations, policy, and impact-driven systems design.

I currently work as an Operations Transformation Specialist at a large nonprofit health system in the US, where I support Lean / Kaizen initiatives across various clinical and operational processes.

Previously, I trained as a dentist and later completed an MPH in Health Management & Policy at Harvard. I’ve worked across rural healthcare delivery in India, hospital operations and revenue cycle transformation.

I’m particularly interested in cost-effective ways to improve health system performance, reduce administrative burden, and improve access to care in low-resource settings.

I am looking for opportunities in:

  • Impact-driven healthcare organizations (nonprofit or philanthropic)
    • Global health & wellbeing
      • Operations / implementation

How others can help me

I’d love help with:

  • Learning about EA-aligned roles in global health, health systems, policy research, and operations
  • Advice on transitioning from applied operations work to research or policy-focused roles
  • Introductions to people working on cost-effectiveness, health systems strengthening, or global health policy
  • Feedback on how my background might fit organizations like Open Philanthropy, GiveWell-adjacent orgs, or health-focused foundations

How I can help others

I’m happy to help with:

  • Thinking through healthcare operations problems (Lean, process redesign, bottlenecks)
  • Reviewing or discussing health systems ideas from a practitioner’s perspective
  • Sharing experience working across India–US healthcare contexts
  • Mentoring or advising students/professionals transitioning from clinical backgrounds into public health or operations
