EAGxUK is part of the Effective Altruism Global (EAGx) conference series and will bring together hundreds of people working on high-impact problems. The 2026 event is planned as a ~2.5-day conference in mid-September 2026.

We’re hiring several part-time contractor organisers to help build the event:
• Team Lead
• Production Lead
• Content Lead
• Admissions Lead
• Communications Lead
• Volunteer Coordinator

💰 Pay: £25–£29/hour (depending on role, location, and experience)

What you’ll get:
• Work with a highly motivated EA team and volunteers
• Flexible hours in the months leading up to the conference
• Participation at EAGxUK (registration, meals, and reasonable travel/accommodation covered)
• Connections with CEA, EA UK, and experienced EAG organisers
• Coworking at Impact First (if London-based)

Requirements:
• Weekly team meeting during UK working hours
• On-site availability for the conference mid-Sept 2026 (exact week TBD)
• Team Lead and Production Lead require UK right to work

📅 Deadlines
• Team Lead: 16 March
• All other roles: 30 March
