This is a link to BERI's blog post detailing the outcome of settlement proceedings for returning FTX funds. We are posting this here since many EA Forum readers received money from FTX and may also be subject to clawback proceedings.
I think this was a good call from both an ethical standpoint and a strategic perspective.
