Hey everyone,
One thing you could do in life is spent 3–24 months now doing a “full-time mental health sabbatical”. That is, you take the same energy, time, and dedication that you would usually spend on something like a very demanding full-time job or a PhD, and instead spend all of it on various mental health interventions that you do full-time. You could for example meditate 4–6 hours a day; do 1–3 hours of various therapy exercises like CBT, Focusing, or IFS; and combine that with various other interventions; plus really tie yourself to the mast to have a wholesome conducive to mental health lifestyle.
Yet nobody is doing this! Why not? This is the topic of July's workshop - with a talk (interactive, thanks to slido) by me - Anton - at the beginning and discussion afterward.
I will go into all the practical details of doing a mental health sabbatical, hoping to show you that it is much more feasible than you might think, even given all our mortal constraints, and also much more fun!
I'll invite you to consider the possibility that if you did a mental health sabbatical the right way, you could become really happy with almost perfect mental health for the rest of your life. I also argue that doing so would be highly worth it - even if you are already fairly happy. Worth it just in and on it itself because it makes life way more beautiful, but also worth it even if you only care about your impact in life and nothing else because it will make you so much more productive.

The next topic will be Personal Privacy on Sep 12.
@GuyP will teach us about digital privacy.
We'll go over who should and shouldn't care for their digital privacy, the value of personal data, its effects on the people around you and what are the lesser-known low-hanging fruits to improve your standing in the digital age.
Hey everyone, Unfortunately the CCCB is not available today, so the workshop is happening at TEAMWORK. Here's how to get there: https://bit.ly/teamwork-berlin
