Further game board flipping: how is the Trump administration affecting EA priorities?

The Trump administration is doing many drastic things since the inauguration. Many actions have already been reversed or paused, e.g. through popular pushback or legal challenge. Many actions are in conflict with US law (e.g. shuttering USAID, freezing funds beyond 45 days) and it's unclear how they will pan out. Other events are yet to occur (e.g. debt ceiling negotiation).

With the US being the biggest player globally, these actions affect many important EA areas. How are people looking at this?
