AI Safety Hungary’s mission
Our goal is to support talented students and professionals in building careers in AI safety. The main pillars of our local activity are running technical and policy courses, providing 1-on-1 career advice, and sharing upcoming opportunities and events on our mailing list.
We also aim to make an impact by improving the global field-building infrastructure. Over the past 2 years, staff members from AI Safety Hungary participated in multiple international projects, two of which are Amplify, a marketing organisation providing support to EA/AIS field-builders (read more here), and AI Safety Collab, a project to contribute to AI safety field-builders’ operations efforts through central course coordination.
We’re constantly looking for new impactful projects to join or launch, and we expect incoming staff to be aligned with this mission.
