Join us (and likely 1,000 others) for the virtual EA conference taking place on 15-17 November. 

We are excited to host participants from around the world, including those who have not been able to attend in-person events or are new to EA ideas. If you have a genuine interest in participating, we encourage you to apply! 

This is likely the most accessible EA conference of 2024. 
 

Conference logistics

• Date: 15–17 November 2024.
• Schedule: TBD. We are working hard to schedule content and plan to have programming in global time zones.
• Platforms: We’ll use a virtual venue in Gathertown and Swapcard for connections and scheduling. Some meetups may be held in Gatheround.
• Application deadline: 11:59 pm UTC on 14 November.
